For the purposes of this document, the following definitions shall apply with absolute technical and legal precision:

Visitor or User: Denotes any natural person, corporate entity, or automated software agent (including but not limited to crawlers, scrapers, and indexing protocols) that initiates a network connection with the infrastructure or views any assets hosted on the domain.
Prospect: Denotes any individual or entity that initiates a formal inquiry, submits a commercial brief, or engages in pre-contractual communications with the specific intent of evaluating professional services.
Client: Denotes any individual or entity that has executed a definitive, legally binding Service Agreement and has fulfilled the requisite initial financial obligations as specified in said agreement.
Julibe: Refers exclusively to Julián De Salvador, acting as the sole proprietor and independent service provider, who maintains absolute ownership of the digital infrastructure, proprietary methodologies, and all intellectual property associated with the domain julibe.com and brand name Julibe.

The designations “User”, “Visitor”, “Client”, or “You” are utilized within this document to encompass any entity, whether human or algorithmic, that establishes a digital handshake with the server. All interactions are governed by the specific status of the entity at the time of the connection. Julibe is a single individual.

Purpose and Behavioral Boundaries

Scope of Acceptable Interaction

The User agrees to utilize the Website strictly in accordance with this policy, establishing the technical boundaries for interacting with the network infrastructure.

Legal Implications of Breach and Liability

The User is strictly prohibited from attempting to probe or scan the vulnerability of the architecture without authorization, or bypassing web application firewalls (WAF).

Penetration Testing Bans

Unless explicitly hired under a formal contract, all forms of unauthorized penetration testing or red-team exercises are forbidden.

Vulnerability Disclosure and Exploit Liability

If a vulnerability is discovered, the User is prohibited from exploiting it. The state maintains the monopoly on punitive action; private entities cannot authorize themselves to commit computer crimes in the name of security.

Security Mechanisms and Defensive Countermeasures

Julibe reserves the right to deploy defensive countermeasures within Julibe’s own infrastructure. Julibe assumes no liability for software issues these mechanisms may cause to unauthorized scraping or scanning software.

Communication Integrity and Abuse Prevention

Commercial Exploitation and Spam Bans

The submission of unsolicited advertisements or digital spam is strictly prohibited. Julibe reserves the right to seek recovery of administrative costs incurred to purge unauthorized solicitations.

Harassment and Professional Conduct

Contact mechanisms are strictly for professional business inquiries. Both parties agree to act in good faith and avoid messages that are harassing or defamatory. Truthful criticism is allowed, but knowingly false statements are prohibited.

Any attempt to use the Website’s likeness to execute phishing campaigns or social engineering is strictly forbidden.

Julibe retains the right to monitor network traffic and permanently restrict access without prior notice if the User breaches this policy.
