TL;DR

This is the rulebook defining how Visitors, Prospects, and Clients interact with Julibe. It establishes the legal jurisdiction, requires all parties to act in good faith, and limits Julibe’s liability for hardware-intensive rendering to the extent permitted by law.

Prospect: Denotes any individual or entity that initiates a formal inquiry, submits a commercial brief, or engages in pre-contractual communications with the specific intent of evaluating professional services.
Client: Denotes any individual or entity that has executed a definitive, legally binding Service Agreement and has fulfilled the requisite initial financial obligations as specified in said agreement.
Julibe: Refers exclusively to Julián De Salvador, acting as the sole proprietor and independent service provider, who maintains absolute ownership of the digital infrastructure, proprietary methodologies, and all intellectual property associated with the domain julibe.com and brand name Julibe.

The designations “User”, “Visitor”, “Client”, or “You” are utilized within this document to encompass any entity, whether human or algorithmic, that establishes a digital handshake with the server. All interactions are governed by the specific status of the entity at the time of the connection. Julibe is a single individual.

Warranty of Corporate Authority and Interpretation

Right of Modification to Services and Pricing

Julibe retains the right to modify, alter, or remove any product, service, or pricing at any moment. Past pricing or previously published valuations do not constitute a binding guarantee of future rates.

The domain julibe.com and all associated social media handles operating under the “Julibe” nomenclature remain the sole and exclusive property of Julián De Salvador. The User holds no right to contest or attempt to acquire these properties.

This Website utilizes resource-intensive web technologies, including procedural animations and hardware-accelerated rendering. While Julibe maintains the statutory warranty of quality, visual fidelity is dependent upon the specific hardware of the User. Julibe disclaims liability for local device latency or browser crashes resulting from hardware incompatibility or unauthorized environmental modifications.

The User recognizes the technical risks associated with accessing resource-heavy digital environments. The User waives rights to claim compensatory damages for hardware failures, provided such events are not the result of a direct breach of the safety and quality standards mandated by the applicable consumer statutes.

Julibe does not warrant the continuous uptime of external integrations (fonts, icons, CDNs). Any degradation of appearance caused by the failure of third-party services is outside the scope of Julibe’s direct liability, though Julibe will act in good faith to resolve technical interruptions.

Julibe does not guarantee the Website will be available at all times. Julibe is shielded from liability for downtime caused by Force Majeure events, including internet backbone failures or electrical grid collapses. The User agrees that Julibe bears no liability for business loss or inconvenience caused by an inability to access the Website.
